社築同夢社區發展服務是由一群年輕社工共同籌辦的非牟利社會機構（免稅註冊號：91/18261），矢志集結社工及其他專業的力量，採用社區發展手法，建立基層自主意識，促使其掌控自己生活，繼而連繫同路者互相支持，個程中尊重彼此，堅守和而不同，最終建立有人情味的社區。

All people are born equal, and each individual possesses the ability and right to self-determination, along with the responsibility to uphold the rights of disadvantaged communities.

凝聚一群無分種族、階級、國界的基層人士，共同建立一個以真誠、尊重、平等友愛維繫而成的互助社區。
To gather a group of grassroots individuals, regardless of race, class, or nationality, to collectively establish a mutual aid community sustained by sincerity, respect, equality, and friendship.

To assemble the power of social work to cultivate grassroots sense and capability of autonomy , and together, we build a mutual aid community grounded in sincerity, respect, equality, and friendship.

促進不同性別、階級、年齡、種族平等觀念。
建立基層自主自決能力。
建立真誠、尊重、平等、友愛的互助社區。
To promote the concepts of equality of genders, classes, ages, and races.
To establish grassroots self-determination capabilities.
To create a mutual aid community based on sincerity, respect, equality, and friendship.
工作策略 Working Strategies
1. 以展外手法（家訪/街站）發掘區內被忽略或求助意欲低的弱勢社群。
Apply outreach methods (home visits/street counters) to identify disadvantaged community that are overlooked or have low help-seeking intentions.
2. 持續邀請服務使用者參與社區需要評估，並以此制定完善目標及策略。
Continuously invite service users to participate in community needs assessments and utilize it to develop more comprehensive goals and strategies.
3. 以跨界別合作模式，網絡社區資源以協助區內弱勢社群解決問題及改善生活質素。
Employ a cross-sector collaboration model to network community resources to assist disadvantaged communities in solving problems and improving their quality of life.
4. 以網絡概念促使共同背景的弱勢社群，包括不同國籍的有小孩的婦女及男士、兒童及青少年成立互助小組互相支持。
Use a networking concept to encourage disadvantaged communities with common backgrounds, including men and women of different nationalities with children, as well as children and adolescents, to form mutual support groups.
5. 以社區工作模式及由社工夥拍社區弱勢社群力量參與改善社區問題。
Utilize a community work model by which social workers partner with disadvantaged community to improve community issues.
6. 以實證為本為原則確立工作目標及策略能有所成效。
Establish work goals and strategies based on evidence-based principles to ensure effectiveness.
